Dr. Basant Yadav

  Brief Details: Dr. Basant Yadav is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Water Resources Development and Management at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. He received his Ph.D. from IIT Delhi and his M.Tech. in Hydrology from IIT Roorkee. Following his Ph.D., he held research positions at IIT Roorkee, the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, and Cranfield University (UK), where he worked on managed aquifer recharge (MAR) strategies and their impact on groundwater resources. Dr. Yadav’s research integrates experimental, numerical, and data-driven modeling approaches to address challenges in groundwater management and the transport of contaminants in both saturated and unsaturated zones.   Brief Details: Dr. Gaurav Saini is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Harcourt Butler Technical University Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Saini has Post-Doctoral Fellow experience with the Department of Sustainable Energy Engineering, IIT Kanpur. Dr. Suresh Kumar Thappeta

  Brief Details: Dr. Suresh Kumar Thappeta has been serving as an Assistant Professor at VNIT Nagpur since June 2022. He holds over two years of post-doctoral experience from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel, where he gained significant expertise in the study of flash floods at both the field and laboratory scales.   Brief Details: I am Chingka Kalai, Ph.D. in Water Resources Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. I have pursued my Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from NIT Agartala, and my Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Water Resources Engineering and Management from NIT Karnataka (Surathkal).
